Initial billing notification type and preferences will vary depending on the information {provider name} has on file for you. To update your notification preferences, follow the instructions below.
- Navigate to the online payment portal via digital payment link or paper statement URL.
- Click your first initial in the top right corner.
- Click My account.
- Toggle notification paths on or off as preferred.
At least one notification method must be enabled at all times. This is to ensure that {provider} can get in contact with you regarding important information about your bills.
